Sarasota County’s single-family home sales fell by 4.2% to 7,608, while Manatee County saw a 7.3% increase to 7,480. Condo sales exhibited a 6.7% decrease in Sarasota and a 0.8% decrease in Manatee. Additionally, median prices set new records, with Sarasota condos reaching $410,000, and Manatee condos reaching $363,620, reflecting a respective increase of $25,000 and $18,620.
