Terri brings to the team an impressive background as a sales and marketing executive for new homes and condominiums in Chicago and Florida, generating $19.2 million to $30 million in individual sales annually.

Her achievements earned her four Diamond Awards, the highest sales award presented by the Chicago Home Builders Association.

Terri's Real Estate Background

During her 30+ years career, Terri advanced to Director of Sales for a regional Chicago area home builder, where she was responsible for 350 to 400 home sales and led a 22-member sales team. Later, as Director of Sales for the Central and Southwest Florida Region for a multi-state real estate developer, she was responsible for $101.8 million in annual sales volume for three communities.

Exceptional Home Marketing Experience

Terri’s experience in developing marketing strategies for residential communities, including advertising, public relations, model merchandising and pricing, brings a decided advantage in marketing her listings. She is a former Executive Committee Member of the Sales & Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago and current member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors. A Certified Sales Professional (CSP), she rounded out her education through the Sales & Marketing Education Program of the Institute of Residential Marketing.

Her husband of 35+ years, Dennis is the third generation of his family in building and real estate. His 50+ years career includes the sale and building of more than 10,000 homes in Chicago and the Florida Gulf Coast. His grandfather was a builder in the 1930s and 1940s and his parents owned a real estate brokerage in Chicago, where Dennis worked for many years. His background includes residential, commercial, industrial and new home sales and management, which culminated in opening American Homes and becoming a Certified Green Home Builder. Dennis joined RE/MAX Alliance Group, whose passion and integrity reflect his own way of thinking and working with his clients.
