Terri brings to the team an impressive background as a sales and marketing executive for new homes and condominiums in Chicago and Florida, generating $19.2 million to $30 million in individual sales annually.
Her achievements earned her four Diamond Awards, the highest sales award presented by the Chicago Home Builders Association.
During her 26-year career, Terri advanced to Director of Sales for a regional Chicago area home builder, where she was responsible for 350 to 400 home sales and led a 22-member sales team. Later, as Director of Sales for the Central and Southwest Florida Region for a multi-state real estate developer, she was responsible for $101.8 million in annual sales volume for three communities.

EARNS PRESTIGIOUS DESIGNATION TO HELP HOMEOWNERS IN DANGER OF FORECLOSURE
REALTOR Dennis Kotaska of RE/MAX Alliance Group of Florida has earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. This is invaluable expertise to offer at a time when the area is ravaged by “distressed” homes in the foreclosure process.
Short sales allow the cash-strapped seller to repay the mortgage at the price that the home sells for, even though it is lower than what is owed on the property. With plummeting property values, this can save many people from foreclosure and even bankruptcy. More and more lenders are willing to consider short sales because they are much less costly than foreclosures.
In the Venice and Sarasota areas, more homes are in danger of foreclosing. It is happening in all price ranges. Local experts say that even high-priced homes are not immune.
